e3jl ("e3jl," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who accesses or uses the e3jl Casino platform at e3jl.net ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") has been prepared in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

This Policy should be read together with the e3jl Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, e3jl acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data it collects and processes through the e3jl Platform. As PIC, e3jl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Where e3jl engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf, those providers act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are contractually bound to process data only on e3jl's documented instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

e3jl collects the following categories of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, and gender
• Residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province, and ZIP code)
• Email address and mobile number
• Government-issued identification numbers (e.g., SSS, UMID, PhilSys, passport number)

• GCash or PayMaya / Maya account details (mobile number linked to the account)
• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, or other accepted banks
• Debit card details (card number, expiry date — stored in tokenised form only)
• Transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records, and account balance information

• Game participation history, wager amounts, win/loss records, and session durations
• Bonus and promotion usage history
• Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion status)

• IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type
• Cookies, session tokens, and similar tracking identifiers
• Log data including access timestamps, pages visited, and error reports

• Records of your correspondence with e3jl support, including chat transcripts and email exchanges

e3jl collects personal data through the following means:

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

e3jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• KYC and identity verification providers: To confirm your identity and age (21+) as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• Payment processors and banking partners: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card processors — solely to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in PHP.
• AML and fraud screening services: To detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes in compliance with Philippine law.

e3jl retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active e3jl account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AML record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance documentation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with e3jl's data disposal procedures.

e3jl implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the e3jl Platform
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest, including financial credentials and identity documents
• Tokenisation of payment card details — raw card numbers are never stored on e3jl servers
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) options for e3jl account access
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing of the e3jl Platform
• Incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you are entitled to exercise the following rights in respect of your personal data held by e3jl:

• Right to be Informed: The right to know whether e3jl holds personal data about you and to receive clear information about how it is processed — as provided in this Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data e3jl holds about you, along with information about the purposes and recipients of that data.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by e3jl.
• Right to Erasure or Blocking: The right to request deletion or blocking of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to e3jl's legal retention obligations.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on legitimate interest.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where technically feasible.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

The e3jl Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR age restriction requirements. e3jl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If e3jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the e3jl Platform or provided personal data to e3jl, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 15 so that we can take prompt corrective action.

e3jl processes certain personal and gaming activity data specifically to support responsible gaming obligations. This includes monitoring wagering patterns to identify signs of problem gambling, enforcing deposit and loss limits set by players, administering self-exclusion requests, and complying with PAGCOR player protection directives.

Where a player activates self-exclusion, e3jl will retain a record of that exclusion for the duration of the exclusion period and for a minimum of five (5) years thereafter, to prevent re-registration during the exclusion window. This processing is carried out on the basis of legal obligation and legitimate interest in player protection.

In certain circumstances, e3jl may transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure partners located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or international KYC platforms. Where such transfers occur, e3jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual clauses that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law, as prescribed by the National Privacy Commission.

e3jl will not transfer personal data to a foreign jurisdiction unless that jurisdiction provides an adequate level of protection, or appropriate contractual or organisational safeguards have been established in accordance with NPC guidelines.

e3jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, e3jl will provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the e3jl Platform following the posting of an amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how e3jl protects your personal data.
